Job summary

You will coordinate with depot teams, maintain accurate delivery information, and contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence. Competitive salary, pension, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• ADR qualification is essential.
• Class C or Class C+E licence is required.
• Driver CPC qualification required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good numerical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Previous tanker or fuel industry experience is advantageous.
• PDP qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver fuel products to customers in accordance with procedures and current legislation.
• Carry out vehicle safety inspections and daily checks to ensure roadworthiness before journeys.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and quality procedures; report issues promptly.
• Load and discharge products safely and accurately; ensure deliveries are complete and correct.
• Verify customer, product and delivery information; obtain proof of delivery when required.
• Act as a professional ambassador for Certas Energy with excellent customer service.
• Communicate delivery schedules, issues or discrepancies with depot teams and customers.
• Promote Certas Energy products and services and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Build positive working relationships to support teamwork, safety and operational excellence.
