Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Tanker Driver to safely deliver fuel products to customers while upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism. You will operate the tanker and depot equipment, perform pre-trip checks, and ensure accurate loading, unloading and documentation in line with procedures.

You will join the UK-wide Certas Energy network, focusing on safety, compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Safely operate tanker and depot equipment following procedures and Driver's Handbook.
Complete daily vehicle checks and confirm roadworthiness before departure.
Load/discharge products safely, validate delivery tickets and volumes.
Verify customer details, location, grade and volume before each delivery.
Re-check ullage and ensure correct amount is delivered.
Report spills, incidents or issues through proper procedures.
Meet delivery schedules and keep line manager informed of any issues.
Provide first-class customer service through courteous interactions.
Address customer queries and escalate issues appropriately.
