Job summary

Responsibilities include vehicle checks, loading and discharging products, verifying delivery details, and communicating effectively with customers and the line manager.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate your tanker and depot equipment in line with procedures and legislation.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
• Load and discharge products safely and accurately; check delivery tickets.
• Verify customer details, location, product grade, and volume before each delivery.
• Re-check ullage before dispensing and ensure correct delivery quantity.
• Report spills, accidents, incidents, or operational issues promptly.
• Deliver products safely to meet schedules and inform line manager of any issues.
• Provide a first-class customer experience through courteous interactions.
• Respond to customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and report feedback.
