Job Title: Tandem Production Support Engineer

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Corporate Bank Technology is seeking a motivated Production Support Engineer for our Corporate Bank Cash Management Technology platforms. You will operate within the Corporate Bank Production domain or in Corporate Banking subdivisions as a Production Support Engineer.

Your responsibilities include driving proactive continual improvement in the production environment through application support, troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and platform hygiene. You will also train and mentor team members, support issue resolution, and prepare reports and meetings. Experience with Service Operations tools and technical expertise in relevant domains are essential to ensure high-quality service aligned with SLAs/OLAs.

Skills and experience

• Extensive experience with Production Application Support and ITIL practices
• Deep knowledge of HP Nonstop application support/development and infrastructure
• Strong SQL and database skills (Enscribe, SQL, ENFORM)
• Experience with NonStop OS tools (FUP, PATHCOM, TMF)
• Experience with performance monitoring and scheduling tools (Reflex, Multibatch, Netbatch)
