AXA UK is seeking a Strategic Sourcing, Assessment and Succession Manager to strengthen how executive and senior leadership talent is identified, assessed and appointed. Reporting to the Executive Hire and Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will shape briefs, lead assessments and shortlist candidates for high-profile appointments.

• Strategic sourcing and market mapping for leadership roles.
• Experience designing structured assessment for senior appointments.

• Ability to translate succession priorities into external talent strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and senior leadership hiring.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape briefs and advise on market realities.
• Design and lead robust assessment and calibration processes for appointments.
• Run priority searches using direct search, mapping and external intelligence.
• Connect succession priorities with the external talent market and pipelines.
• Produce decision-ready leadership talent intelligence on market movements and risk.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and feedback.
• Coach colleagues and interviewers in structured assessment and inclusive selection.
