Job summary

Platinum Search is recruiting a Head of Talent for a well known UK retail business. The role leads Recruitment and Learning & Development, shaping talent strategy across attraction, development, engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across talent development, recruitment and executive search.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience designing and delivering L&D programmes.
• Commercially minded, data-driven and people-focused.
• Passionate about culture, engagement and organisational growth.
• Ideally you should have experience of working in a similar role for a retail business.
