Job summary

EXL is a global data and artificial intelligence company hiring a Talent Specialist (Recent Graduate) in London. You’ll join the UK&I Talent Acquisition team to support growth in Data, AI, Analytics and Technology businesses.

You’ll work with experienced recruiters and business leaders, learning how a global organisation attracts and hires top talent while developing strong transferable skills in communication, organisation, relationship building and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business or related field; data/analytics degrees also considered.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail required.
• Good computer literacy, especially MS Office.
• Confident in communicating and building relationships.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and accurate records.
• Search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Communicate with candidates and provide a great candidate experience.
• Support recruitment across Data, AI, Analytics and Technology.
• Use tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude to streamline processes.
