Responsibilities

• Develop your own desk and build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source and engage with candidates and advertise vacancies.
• Screen, interview and qualify candidates for opportunities.
• Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the recruitment process through placement.
• Develop new business and identify opportunities with prospective clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
