Job summary

Vincere, a growing specialist recruitment business in Bristol, is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the team working directly with the three founders. You will develop new business, source candidates and manage client relationships in a high‑value market.

You will build your own specialist market with hands‑on training and clear progression, while earning uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

We're working with a growing specialist recruitment business in Bristol, specialising in embedded software, electronics and mechanical engineering across sectors including aerospace, defence, automotive and medical technology.

They're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

You'll work directly alongside the three founders, receiving hands-on training and support while building your own desk in a specialist, high-value market.

• £26K-£32K basic salary - £45K-£50K OTE year 1
• Uncapped commission with NO threshold
• 15% commission on first £100K billed
• 17.5% on second £100K, increasing by 2.5% for every additional £100K
