The role sits in the Field Sales Talent Acquisition team, focusing on operational workflows to support quick hiring of self-employed talent across EU markets. You'll manage referrals, handle Express Hiring, screen applicants, explore sourcing channels, and audit job boards to keep adverts competitive across EU markets,

Qualifications

• Manage internal and external referral programmes and track payouts.
• Handle the Express Hiring process for team manager referrals.
• Screen Meta lead-form applicants before recruiters for interviews.
• Research and test new outbound sourcing channels to grow candidate pipeline.
• Conduct regular job board audits to keep adverts competitive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral programmes and payout reporting.
• Complete screening and handoff to recruiters.
• Identify trends in recruitment data and flag insights.
