Job summary

EY in Manchester is seeking a Talent Product Consultant in Learning & Development at Assistant Director level to lead the global Viva Learning deployment. You will partner with the Global L&D Product Owner, senior leaders and regional teams to define priorities and deliver a scalable, engaging learning experience.

You will translate strategy into roadmaps, drive adoption at scale, and use data to optimise outcomes across the firm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership or platform leadership.
• Strong background in Talent, Learning & Development.
• Hands-on with Learning Experience Platforms or Microsoft Viva Learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global L&D Product Owner to set direction and align priorities.
• Translate strategy into a clear roadmap, governance and measurable outcomes.
