Frazer Jones partners with a leading international business to recruit a Talent & Performance Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Central London. You will work with senior leaders, challenge thinking where appropriate and deliver meaningful change.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading Leadership Development initiatives within a complex international organisation.
  • Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
  • A proven track record of embedding high‑performance cultures.
  • Experience designing and facilitating talent and succession planning processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with credibility to engage senior leaders.
  • Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of leadership development programmes and initiatives.
  • Drive and enhance the organisation’s performance management strategy, frameworks and processes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders to develop solutions that support organisational performance and talent objectives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for leadership development, talent management and performance management.
  • Lead talent review, succession planning and workforce planning cycles across the business.
  • Analyse and present complex people data to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines and organisational capability.
  • Coach, influence and support leaders to improve performance management capability and effectiveness.
  • Ensure talent, leadership and performance initiatives are successfully embedded across the organization.
  • Lead and deliver strategic HR and organisational development projects aligned to business priorities.

Talent & Performance Specialist
12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Central London | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
Start Date: Early November

We are partnering with a highly respected and well-recognised international business to recruit a Talent & Performance Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a strategic role for a proven specialist in Leadership Development and Performance Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping leadership capability, driving organisational performance and embedding best-in‑class talent practices across a complex, global organisation.

This opportunity requires an individual with the confidence, credibility and influence to work closely with senior leaders, challenge thinking where appropriate, and deliver meaningful change. You will be recognised as a subject matter expert, capable of building strong relationships and driving engagement at the highest levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of leadership development programmes and initiatives.
  • Drive and enhance the organisation’s performance management strategy, frameworks and processes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders to develop solutions that support organisational performance and talent objectives.
