Job summary

Bensons For Beds is seeking an Early Careers & Apprenticeship Specialist to join our Learning & Development team on a maternity cover basis. You’ll manage apprenticeship programmes across Retail and Manufacturing, coordinate learners from application to completion, and collaborate with managers, partners and providers to keep progress on track.

We’re looking for someone organized, people-focused and passionate about helping others grow.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning, apprenticeships or similar programmes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and data handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apprenticeship activity across Retail and Manufacturing.
• Coordinate learners from application through onboarding to completion.
• Collaborate with managers, People Partners and providers.
• Maintain apprenticeship records and DAS activity.
• Support work experience and early careers initiatives.
