Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking an Early Careers & Apprenticeship Specialist to join our Learning & Development team on a maternity cover basis at The Globe. You’ll manage our apprenticeship programmes across the business and help deliver exciting early careers initiatives.

From supporting an apprentice on day one to helping them reach the finish line, you’ll ensure learners and managers have the support to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning, development, apprenticeships or early careers programmes.
• Strong relationship-building skills across levels of the organisation.
• A proactive, data-driven approach to tracking learner progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage apprenticeship activity across Retail and Manufacturing teams, ensuring levy funding is used effectively.
• Coordinate apprentices through their journey from application to completion.
• Collaborate with apprentices, managers, People Partners and training providers to provide support.
• Maintain accurate learner records and DAS activity, ensuring up-to-date information.
