Job summary

Club Doncaster is seeking Talent Pathway Coaches to plan and deliver football sessions for children as part of the Doncaster Rovers Talent Pathway. You will run sessions across the week, assist with events and matchday tournaments, and engage in coach CPD to support player development.

The role focuses on delivering structured coaching, working with the Talent Pathway and contributing to ongoing coach education. This casual position offers local work in Doncaster and a pay rate of £15 per hour.

Qualifications

FA UEFA C Licence required.
FA Level 1 in Talent ID required.
FA Safeguarding and FA First Aid certification required.
Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver football sessions for children within the Talent Pathway
Support the delivery of football events with the Club 1879 lead coach
Support the design and delivery of matchday tournaments
Take part in coach CPD
