This is the right opportunity for an experienced GTM and G&A recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to step into a senior role and lead IC level hiring in GTM and G&A functions while getting sourcing exposure into the executive searches.

Requirements
What you will be responsible for:

• Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A function
• Lead sourcing for managerial and executive roles, supporting HoT on executive searches
• Partner with GTM and G&A hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates, refining search strategies based on feedback
• Implement and optimize structured interview processes for a fair, data-driven hiring experience
• Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand

Experience we expect you to bring to the role:

• 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, in agency or fast-paced in-house recruitment team
• Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D
• Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing candidates, managing interviews, conducting offer negotiations
• Exceptional sourcing and market mapping skills targeting passive candidates
• Track record of successfully closing IC-level GTM, Product, and G&A talent
• Ability to quickly understand new roles and work with managers on establishing a scorecard
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a consultative style
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
