Job summary

WNTD is embedded into Volta to recruit across Europe for data centre design and construction roles. The Talent Partner will build specialist pipelines, advise leaders on market and compensation, and work with Volta's design and construction leaders to align with project milestones.

You will recruit for roles spanning design, engineering, construction, project delivery, controls, procurement and EHS, travelling across Europe as needed para ayudar a deliver complex AI infrastructure at speed and

Qualifications

• Strong experience recruiting data centre design, engineering or construction professionals.
• Good understanding of data centre development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, structural disciplines or project delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver leadership hires across European markets.
• Direct sourcing, headhunting and talent-mapping capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for data centre design and construction roles across Europe.
• Partner with design, engineering and construction leaders to define workforce plans.
• Recruit project directors, construction managers, design managers and programme managers.
• Build pipelines across electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and controls engineering.
• Develop location-specific recruitment strategies for new AI factory developments.
• Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation and market activity.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process from engagement to onboarding.
