We use our expertise to serve businesses by finding the people that will make their growth targets a reality. We work as an embedded talent partner to a select number of companies at any one time, allowing us to devote our time to provide an excellent experience.

Our Talent Partners provide an incredible service to our customers, ensuring they receive a consistent, quality experience. Day to day your role will vary based on the nature of live projects, and could include any of the following:

• Being a trusted partner in our clients journey, understanding their goals and hiring priorities to provide talent solutions
• Communicating our customers story and opportunities to industry professionals.
• Blending industry expertise with cutting edge recruitment technology to secure top talent
• A chance to compete against our resident tea-making champion, Yasmine

Talent Champions are experts in all things talent attraction and hiring, so these examples are a snapshot of what the role will encompass.
