Toast seeks a Senior Manager of Talent Operations (NA) to lead People Services for North America, building a frictionless employee experience across the lifecycle. You will manage a global shared services model and partner with COEs to ensure compliant, scalable programs.

The role requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or 8+ years with a Master’s, plus strong leadership in a matrixed organization. Hybrid work is available with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive People Operations experience.
• Proven leadership in a global/shared services environment.
• Experience transforming HR operations and leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
• Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Services (Shared Services) for the North America region.
• Coach and develop a team of People Operations professionals delivering high-quality service across the employee lifecycle.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure team success and inform decisions.
