Job Description

This is a contract role for a Talent Agent. The Talent Agent will be responsible for managing and scouting talent as an A&R/agent, booking shows, and facilitating communication between artists and clients. This is a hybrid role with a focus on the niche corporate and club scenes within the region and country.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the R&B, Soul, House, or Classical genres
  • Knowledge of music history and arrangements is a plus
  • Interest in Fashion and Art
  • Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and environments
  • Familiarity with the music and entertainment industry is an advantage
  • Internship position also available
Contract Details
  • Fee-based (25-45%/artist/show on top of the final costs)
  • Tax ID needed (Freelance)
  • Independent timetable and schedule
  • Few tasks to carry out, independent arrangements
  • Part-time, less than 15 hours/week
