Job summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Manager to join our HR team. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for attracting, engaging and developing future talent pipelines to support the organisation's long-term recruitment strategy. The primary objective of the role of Talent Manager is to substantially grow SRT's brand as an exciting and rewarding employer with the aim of attracting and securing exceptionally talented individuals with a specific focus on technical recruitment. Enhancing our online presence, participation in recruitment events and building relationships with universities and professional organisations will all form a part of the role. Alongside this the role of Talent Manager will be responsible for recruiting into key technical vacancies within the Sovereign Territory Surveillance development team.
