  • Identify, attract, and onboard new high-potential, revenue-generating talent.
  • Develop and implement long-term career strategies based on shared vision and goals.
  • Proactively pitch clients for opportunities and follow up on industry leads.
  • Attend and support clients at TV recordings, photoshoots, red carpets, and events.
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Manage diaries, travel logistics, contracts, invoicing, and other financial/admin tasks.
  • Handle artist liaison, social media management, and content creation as needed.
  • Maintain realistic client expectations while providing consistent calendar and communication management.
Brand & Partnership Development
  • Respond to incoming brand and media enquiries, including sharing rate cards and media kits.
  • Lead high-level fee and contract negotiations (with team support).
  • Determine brand alignment and partnership suitability before presenting to clients.
  • Scope, negotiate, and manage deliverables for digital and brand partnerships.
  • Ensure timely content delivery, reporting, and insights post-campaign.
  • Identify and pursue new income streams (e.g. podcasts, product development, publishing).
Relationship Building & Representation
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships with brands, broadcasters, agencies, PR firms, and digital platforms.
  • Attend PR meetings and industry events independently and with the team to pitch the client roster.
  • Represent the agency and talent with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Design compelling campaign concepts and partnership proposals aligned with brand KPIs and budgets.
  • Create pitch decks and client presentations for internal and external use.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and leverage insights to keep talent competitive and visible.
Skills & Experience
Required Experience
