Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; ideally in HR, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Talent Management, HR, People or related area is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills across levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staffing and talent management for a portfolio of specialists.
• Engage with specialists to understand development objectives and career goals.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires and interns.
• Collaborate with Partners, TM leads and Talent Managers across Europe to balance staffing needs and specialist preferences.
• Monitor staffing data integrity and training participation.
• Support performance management processes and career development initiatives.
