Job summary

Hollybank Trust in Mirfield is seeking a Talent Management Apprentice to join our HR and recruitment team. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, compliance and employee development, with mentoring and a clear path to professional growth.

You will work with an approachable team, with no prior recruitment experience required beyond a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The apprenticeship pays £15,392 per year, rising after year one, with opportunities to progress

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment campaigns and helping to attract great talent.
• Communicating with candidates and providing a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
• Assisting with pre-employment checks, references, DBS checks and right-to-work documentation.
• Preparing offer letters and supporting new starters through the onboarding process.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records on our systems.
• Helping to promote vacancies through job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Providing excellent customer service to colleagues, candidates and external stakeholders.
• Contributing ideas to help improve processes and the overall employee experience.
