Job summary

The David Ross Education Trust is offering an HR Apprentice role within a small, friendly HR team at Head Office and our academies. You will gain experience across HR functions including recruitment, induction, contract administration and wellbeing initiatives, while ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

You will work on ad hoc projects, collaborate with Payroll and other support functions, and spend time developing practical knowledge through hands-on learning and on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Undertake general and HR administrative support to ensure safeguarding requirements and regulations are met.
• Assist with recruitment, induction and contract of employment administration.
• Support health and wellbeing initiatives and liaise with Payroll and other teams.
