This role sits within a newly formed Talent Intelligence and Workforce Insights function and focuses on transforming recruitment and workforce data into meaningful business intelligence. The successful candidate will move beyond traditional management information reporting, identifying trends, uncovering root causes and influencing hiring and workforce planning decisions across DSIT. The team is looking for someone who can tell stories with data, build compelling dashboards and drive practical change from insights.
The strongest message from the hiring managers is that this is not an MI reporting position. They want somebody who can explain what sits behind the data, challenge existing approaches and recommend practical actions. Candidates should demonstrate how insights led to measurable recruitment, workforce planning or organisational improvements.
