Job summary

Vickerstock are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Dungannon to recruit a Talent & HR Advisor. You will join the HR team and own recruitment campaigns, advise on employee relations, and contribute to HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.

The role blends hands-on recruitment with ER case management, payroll support, and ongoing improvements to people processes. Site-based role with potential for 1-2 days WFH after probation, subject to business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience across recruitment and employee relations
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
• Advisory experience with employee relations case management
• Strong understanding of UK employment law
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS)
• Working knowledge of payroll administration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline; CIPD Level 3+
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of functions and levels.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, independently managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal moves, promotions, offboarding and HR administration.
• Provide advice and coaching to managers, ensuring HR processes are fair and compliant with UK law.
• Support payroll administration, employee queries, pensions and benefits processes.
• Maintain HR records, policies and people metrics, and contribute to engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
