Job summary

Scarlet, a UK-based medical tech certification and AI-enabled platform, is seeking its first Talent Engineer to orchestrate agents that find, qualify and engage candidates across technical, clinical, regulatory and commercial roles using Codex, Claude and other tools.

You’ll own the messaging quality, decide how to engage with candidates, and measure outcomes to continuously improve hiring results for scale and safety in medical technology.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical background and ability to reason through complex problems.
• Evidence of solving difficult problems independently with clear reasoning.
• Examples of clear, effective professional writing and editing.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents to identify and qualify candidates beyond obvious job titles and familiar companies.
• Decide when and how to engage candidates to complete qualification before handing over to a hiring manager.
• Own the quality of every outreach message and ensure it is relevant and responsive.
• Measure approaches to determine which methods hiring managers progress and iterate improvements.
