Job summary

Save the Children UK is seeking a proactive Talent Enablement Coordinator to support learning, wellbeing and talent initiatives for colleagues. This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers varied duties across coordination, administration and project support within the Talent Enablement Team.

The successful candidate will coordinate inductions, workshops and mentoring programmes, manage queries and data, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People/Talent/Learning admin or coordinator roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with data and systems.
• Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development activities (inductions, workshops, coaching).
• Provide administrative support across learning, wellbeing and talent initiatives.
• Maintain records, systems and data; produce reports and insights for decision-making.
