As part of our growing head office People Services function, we have created the brand-new position of Talent & Development Partner. This is a pivotal role helping to ensure our people have the right skills, knowledge, tools, and opportunities to succeed. As Talent & Development Partner you will have the opportunity to help shape a culture where our people thrive, careers flourish, and every colleague can fulfil their potential.

As the central Talent & Development Partner you will have the opportunity to help transform our talent through the design and implementation of engaging learning programs. You will coordinate a centralised L&D offer will be responsible for partnering with the head office departments and academies to build an appropriate and progressive learning offer to ensure that people are equipped with the business and soft skills that they need now and in the future.

For most non-teaching staff based at our Head Office in East Croydon, we also offer lifestyle friendly working arrangements including flexible start and end times, and hybrid working with two days from home and three days on site.
