The successful candidate will work with the Director of Group HR, HR department, and individual line managers to deliver the talent development and staff retention agenda. The Talent Development BP will ensure a consistent approach within performance management and drive development, talent initiatives and partner with our parent company B&B to implement the overall talent strategy across the wider organisation.
Maintaining and enabling our leading-edge practices, programmes and tools to support leaders to have a sustainable talent pipeline to drive future business growth.
