We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading, designing, and optimizing our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring exceptional hiring practices that contribute to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and manage a team of between 3 and 10 Talent Acquisition professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and ensuring the continuous improvement and successful delivery of recruitment objectives.
  • Develop and execute best practice global recruitment plans aligned with business succession planning. Foster relationships with executive-level customer stakeholders and enhance understanding of business needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing proactive exceptional customer service, promoting a positive image of the company, and driving increased brand awareness.
  • Design and guide inNvative sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Encourage awareness of the internal referral program and drive focused efforts on diversity and inclusion.
  • Embrace and contribute to a culture of process improvement, focusing on streamlining processes, adding value to the business, and meeting client needs. Produce timely and accurate activity and Management Information reporting, driving continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values, centered on a commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.
  • Work independently to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, utilizing effective sourcing strategies to maintain a competitive cost per hire.
  • Have a good understanding of the local labor and candidate markets, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Insights and other resources for market intelligence. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes.
  • Undertake and drive project work associated with the Talent Acquisition roadmap. Develop and maintain proactive and constructive relationships with VP/Director level stakeholders, understanding business requirements and aligning expectations accordingly.
  • Monitor KPIs and Quality metrics to ensure Talent Acquisition objectives are consistently met. Continuously drive improvement in results and quality of hire, utilizing data to implement action and improvement plans.
