We currently have an opportunity to join our award-winning HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Our ideal candidate:

  • An authentic and collaborative colleague.

  • At least one years high-volume recruitment experience.

  • Is comfortable and adept at crafting the Talent Acquisition strategy for a large retail business.

  • Values innovation and efficiency. You will be curious by nature, with experience of balancing multiple priorities at once.

  • Has experience building talent pipelines.

  • Is comfortable working with recruitment technology including applicant tracking systems.

Main role responsibilities include:

  • Provide a best in class candidate experience.

  • Working collaboratively with Management & colleagues in other departments to ensure we attract the best candidates to fill open recruitment vacancies.

  • Own the candidate experience from application through to on-boarding.

  • Support the on-going development of our employer brand to meet the recruitment needs of the business.

  • Work with the wider HR team to achieve our Diversity & Inclusion objectives.

  • Collaborate with our L&D team to ensure we have internal talent pipelines for key roles.

  • Creating job descriptions and adverts for new roles.

  • External salary & benefits benchmarking.

  • Analysing and presenting recruitment trends & data to the business.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning & Predict future needs based on demand.

  • Manage external candidate facing solutions.
