We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Remote Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team! You will be responsible for partnering with our stakeholders and delivering recruitment support, while promoting Sodexo as an Employer of Choice. Role Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver brand and attraction interventions, ensuring best-in-class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence, high-quality collateral for recruitment fairs, and engagement of relevant third parties to support brand-building and attraction.
• Deliver against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager experience, each routinely tracked and reported.
• Engage with segment hiring managers to forecast and support planning and prioritization of resourcing needs on a short, medium, and long-term basis.
• Drive segment campaigns and recruitment drives for your portfolio, working alongside hiring managers.
• Ensure effective utilization of the ATS and social media to build a talent bank.
• Be a true Brand Ambassador by promoting Sodexo’s social media presence through activity and engaging managers in the use of these tools.
• Utilize and engage hiring managers and existing employees to promote Sodexo as an employer of choice.

The Ideal Candidate

You will demonstrate hands-on experience of excellence in the end-to-end resourcing process and a proven track record of delivery. You should understand how to source quality candidates directly using creative and effective methods, and possess the confidence, organization, and interpersonal skills to approach passive candidates.

You will be highly organized, disciplined in workload management, and proficient in using technology (especially Applicant Tracking Systems, scheduling tools, and online platforms) to ensure efficiency. Experience with lean processes, rigorous campaign planning, and educating hiring managers to become more self-sufficient is essential.

This role requires consulting and planning skills, the ability to think ahead, and experience with different selection and assessment techniques. You should be able to select appropriate methods to enhance candidate experience and hire quality. Building influencing skills to relate effectively with a diverse community of hiring managers is important, along with resilience and confidence in communicating best practices.
