You will demonstrate hands-on experience of excellence in the end-to-end resourcing process and a proven track record of delivery. You should understand how to source quality candidates directly using creative and effective methods, and possess the confidence, organization, and interpersonal skills to approach passive candidates.
You will be highly organized, disciplined in workload management, and proficient in using technology (especially Applicant Tracking Systems, scheduling tools, and online platforms) to ensure efficiency. Experience with lean processes, rigorous campaign planning, and educating hiring managers to become more self-sufficient is essential.
This role requires consulting and planning skills, the ability to think ahead, and experience with different selection and assessment techniques. You should be able to select appropriate methods to enhance candidate experience and hire quality. Building influencing skills to relate effectively with a diverse community of hiring managers is important, along with resilience and confidence in communicating best practices.
