Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3 month fixed-term contract based at the Nottingham Support Office. You will help shape hiring strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across our teams.

In this role you’ll work with People Partners and stakeholders to understand resource needs, create innovative recruitment plans, and influence hiring decisions with market insights.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Support Office TA team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent across The Boots Group. This is a 3 month opportunity initially to support the team with multiple project recruitment happening before 2027 starts.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our TA team, you will:

• Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, showcasing the unique culture and opportunities at Boots.
• Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future resource needs, ensuring we have the right talent in place.
• Create innovative recruitment plans to source top talent and maintain robust talent pipelines.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
• Provide insights into external labour markets and competitive dynamics to influence hiring decisions.

What You’ll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Significant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment attraction strategies, including social media and campaign management.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience in interviewing and selection design.
• A customer-centric approach to recruitment activities.
• Awareness of digital recruitment benefits and a desire to explore this area further.
