Job summary

UK Research & Innovation (UKRI) is seeking a Recruitment Partner to deliver recruitment solutions and high-quality candidate experiences. Working within the UKRI HR team, you will support hiring managers, manage recruitment campaigns and coordinate end-to-end processes from advertising through onboarding.

The role offers hybrid working from Polaris House Swindon or Rutherford Appleton Laboratory Harwell, with a 40% office minimum expectation.

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience in recruitment or similar environment.
• Essential: Strong administrative experience.
• Essential: Outstanding organisational skills for coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment advice and solutions to hiring managers, including advertising, interviews, assessments and onboarding.
• Support hiring managers to input vacancies correctly and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate candidate management, onboarding processes and liaise with UK SBS for a smooth candidate experience.
• Act as UKRI ambassador for candidates from application to onboarding.
• Assist with drafting recruitment adverts and arranging interviews.
• Oversee the new starter process for quick and seamless employment.
• Maintain and update the talent pool and CV database.
• Work with HR colleagues to share progress and insights for improvement.
• Contribute to resourcing strategy with the Talent Team and support corporate campaigns.
