Job summary

Jobs4 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term basis to shape recruitment strategy and attract top talent across a growing organisation. This hands-on role offers the chance to influence hiring decisions, enhance candidate experience, and drive talent initiatives that support long-term business success.

You will design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, develop early careers programmes, analyse data for improvements, and promote the employer brand

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in-house or agency.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across a range of disciplines
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight
• Develop and enhance early careers programmes
• Analyse recruitment data and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion objectives through inclusive attraction and selection practices
• Drive a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand throughout the recruitment process
