What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle recruitment for various roles across Moonpig Group, partnering closely with leadership teams to provide strategic advice and ensure inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
  • Identify and attract top candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Create positive candidate experiences, ensuring everyone feels valued.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates to nurture a talent pipeline.
  • Enhance recruitment strategies with your unique insights and methods.
  • Advise leadership and stakeholders with strategic insights.
  • Promote Moonpig’s culture and opportunities to the wider community.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across roles and levels.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for connecting with talent and showcasing Moonpig’s culture.
  • Highly organized, with strong data analysis skills to generate insights.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with Lever ATS is a plus.
