Job summary

Caraffi in Southampton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a trusted recruitment partner, shaping Talent Acquisition into a strategic driver for the business. Qualifications

• In-house recruitment background.
• Experience recruiting difficult or niche markets.
• Strong sourcing skills and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Ability to work with Director and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Data-driven recruitment environment experience.
• Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems.
• Ability to manage and train client Talent Acquisition teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Proactively source specialist talent rather than relying solely on applications.
• Use tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/database systems to identify candidates.
• Present opportunities to candidates with compelling people propositions, not just job descriptions.
• Provide senior stakeholders with recruitment data and market insights.
• Present weekly findings and recruitment activity to Directors and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for Caraffi while developing strong relationships with clients.

Are you an experienced recruiter who loves finding exceptional talent, building strong

stakeholder relationships and tackling those hard-to-fill roles?

Caraffi is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work as a trusted recruitment

partner, helping clients transform Talent Acquisition into a strategic driver for their

business. You’ll use creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent, while

building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their
• recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Proactively source specialist talent rather than relying solely on applications.
• Use tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/database systems, networking events and other recruitment technologies to identify candidates.
• Bring opportunities to life for candidates by communicating compelling people propositions, not simply job descriptions.
• Provide senior stakeholders with recruitment data, market insights and
• updates.
• Present weekly findings and recruitment activity to Directors and C-Suite
• stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for while developing strong relationships with

• We’re looking for someone who is confident, engaging and able to build relationships

• You’ll also have:
• An in-house/internal recruitment background.
• Experience recruiting excellent talent within difficult or niche markets.
• Strong sourcing skills and extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at Director and C-Suite level.
• Experience working within a data-driven recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of ATS and CRM systems.
• The ability to manage teams and train client Talent Acquisition teams where
• required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
