Medlock Partners is partnering with a Manchester-based financial services business, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This role involves supporting fast-paced, critical hiring across various teams.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process—using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support—to secure top talent. You will hire for roles in investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, preferably with experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
You should be client-focused, understanding the needs of hiring managers and delivering excellent results. Responsibilities include managing vacancies from start to finish, building talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting HR and talent initiatives like process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
