Responsibilities

  • Liaise with managers to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post job adverts internally and externally.
  • Shortlist CVs and conduct telescreens.
  • Arrange assessment centres and interviews.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct legislative checks per government guidelines.
  • Provide updates to HRBPs and hiring managers.
  • Complete documentation according to company policies.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to source, engage, and assess top talent for Avnet. You’ll play a key role in ensuring current and future business needs are met by delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while collaborating with the business, the Talent team, and the wider HR community.

You’ll have full support from your line manager, along with access to tools, resources, and development opportunities to help you learn, grow, and progress within Avnet.

What you will be doing
  • Liaising with managers to understand and agree recruitment strategies for vacancies.
  • Create job adverts, post vacancies internally and externally using a number of tools such as Workday, LinkedIn and more.
  • Shortlist CV’s and telescreen candidates.
  • Arrange assessment centres and interviews.
  • Maintain and build relationships with agencies to ensure current and future business requirements are met in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Carry out relevant legislative checks in accordance with current government guidance.
  • Provide consistent status updates to HRBPs and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Complete all documentation in line with company procedures.
