Eeze is seeking a versatile and adaptable Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting directly to the TA Lead, to join a growing team of 6. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments within Eeze Europe, playing a key role in shaping our talent pipeline. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units (e.g. Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, HR, Studios).
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit while assessing motivation and long-term suitability.
• Post and manage job listings via TeamTailor (our ATS), and proactively headhunt where needed.
• Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with TA Team and Hiring Managers.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment-making informed decisions even with limited information.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring goals while working independently and autonomously.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to inform and influence recruitment strategy.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate experience.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of corporate (in-house) end to end recruiting.
• Partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders to drive deliverables for the recruitment team.
• Recruit across multiple business units in the business.
• Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including social media.
• Boolean search expertise, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Meta and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ideally experience with TeamTailor or any other inhouse recruitment CRM programme.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

We operate a hybrid model 3 days a week in office from Hammersmith which will be a crucial as we build the presence of the HR team.
