Job summary

Paysafe, a leading payments platform, seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner in London to support hiring across Corporate & Commercial verticals. You will coordinate with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and stakeholders to execute end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offers, shaping hiring strategies and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• English language is an essential requirement.

• Familiarity with hiring metrics and data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Partners, People Partners, and People Enablement locally and globally to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring practices.
• Support DEI, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Be a subject matter expert within your verticals internally and externally
• Participate in vertical meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.

How We Work

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street, next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts across Corporate & Commercial business verticals within our matrixed organization. This individual contributor role works closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and other stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies, coordinate hiring activities, and contribute to talent initiatives, playing a key role in delivering talent acquisition excellence and supporting global hiring priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers to support hiring across Corporate and Commercial business lines
