The Klick Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand needs, source top talent, and manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in talent acquisition, healthcare marketing recruiting, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders while leveraging analytics and AI tools to improve outcomes.

We partner closely with leaders to understand business needs and build sustainable pipelines. We design inclusive, thoughtful hiring processes that prioritize skills, potential, and experience. Our work ensures Klick continues to grow with the right people, at the right time, in the right roles.
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, partnering with business leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build qualified talent pipelines. The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to support business priorities and a strong candidate experience. The role also contributes to recruiting practices and coaches newer Talent Acquisition team members.
