Job summary

Lomond, a leading UK property group, is expanding its in-house recruitment team with a Talent Acquisition Partner role based in London. You will own end-to-end recruitment, craft compelling adverts, and build a robust candidate pipeline across multiple regions.

Working from Liverpool Street three days a week with two days from home, you’ll partner with senior leaders to align hiring needs with business strategy, while using an advanced ATS to drive a smooth, market-ready process for hiring

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience across in-house or agency environments.
• Property background is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from CV sifting to interview coordination.
• Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Proactively source and headhunt for hard-to-fill roles.
• Act as first point of contact for the ATS and keep it accurate.

Do you like creating a recruitment experience that hiring managers actually enjoy, not just tolerate? Lomond is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing in-house recruitment team, working from our Liverpool Street offices three days a week & two from home. The role pays £40,000 & reports directly to our Group Head of Talent Acquisition.

You'll join a five-strong in-house recruitment team that's investing heavily in the technology & process behind how we hire, with a clear ambition to build a best-in-class experience for every hiring manager & candidate we work with, whichever part of the group they sit in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV sifting & pre-screening through to arranging interviews, so hiring managers get a smooth, well-run process every time
• Write & post job adverts across multiple platforms that attract the right calibre of candidate
• Proactively source & headhunt talent for hard-to-fill or critical roles
• Act as first point of contact for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping it accurate & supporting the wider business to use it well
• Partner with regional stakeholders & senior leadership to understand hiring needs & bring recruitment insight to the table
• Build & maintain strong candidate pipelines that support future hiring plans across the group

What You'll Need

• 3 years+ recruitment experience, whether in-house, agency, or both
• A background in property is desirable, though not essential
• A solid understanding of how recruitment impacts wider business performance
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Confidence using ATS platforms & supporting hiring managers through the process
• Self-motivated, organised & comfortable managing multiple roles across different regions
