Medlock Partners are partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This delivery-focused role involves supporting rapid, business-critical hiring across various teams.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process—using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support—to secure top talent. Hiring areas include investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations; experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets is preferred.
You will be client-focused, understanding hiring needs and delivering excellent outcomes. Responsibilities include managing vacancies from brief to offer, building talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and advising on recruitment strategies. You will also support wider HR initiatives like process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
