Role Overview

Medlock Partner is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This is a delivery-focused role supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process, utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support to attract top talent.
• Hire for roles in investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, preferably with experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Manage vacancies from brief to offer, ensuring timely delivery.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and provide credible advice and guidance.
• Support or lead wider HR, people, and talent initiatives, including process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
