The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment operations. The role involves enhancing the candidate experience and collaborating with teams to improve the recruitment process. Location:Hybrid - Split between home working and our office in either Bideford, or Norwich
What will I be doing?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Travel Chapter, you will be responsible for delivering the operational recruitment function to ensure both the organisation and candidates receive a positive experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance our Employee Value Proposition and managing hires at all levels.
