Job summary

Specialist Passenger Solutions Limited is recruiting a Head of Recruitment to lead our talent strategy for a pivotal transport workforce. You will drive the end-to-end colleague journey, from attraction through onboarding and retention, partnering with the People Director and Head of People to secure the right talent for HPC and future Sizewell C workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing/leading a Recruitment team.
• 3+ years experience in the recruitment industry.
• Solid understanding of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Good understanding of IT, including MS Office packages.
• Experience of managing and delivering an in-house recruitment experience.
• CIPD Level 3 as a minimum.
• Experienced in high volume recruitment.
• Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the recruitment team to attract exceptional people with the right skills, values and personality.
• Shape and deliver the recruitment strategy, working with the People Director and Head of People.
• Own the recruitment pipeline and partner with Operations to ensure talent and capability.
• Plan for the future with the People Director on end-of-project strategy and change support.
• Be the employer brand ambassador, building a profile that attracts great people.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent trends to support decision making.
