Auxo Future Build is expanding its team in the Corby area and seeks a permanent Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week - flexible).

The role will own the recruitment function, supporting the business in attracting, selecting and developing the talent required for continued growth. You will work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to build effective recruitment processes and strong candidate pipelines.

• Extensive construction recruitment knowledge is required.
• Commercially aware recruitment professional with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to attract, select and develop talent to support growth.
